Nevada’s adult education programs serve thousands of students annually through public adult high schools, colleges, libraries, community and faith-based organizations, and correctional institutions. Students learn to read, speak English, study for the GED tests or earn a high school diploma so they may get and keep a job paying family-sustaining wages or enter postsecondary training to earn a degree.
